Who are we?
The SEAHORSE DIVING
is the leading diving centre at one of
the most beautiful and most popular beaches of the island
in Kai Bae Beach (for the location of SEAHORSE DIVING
click the island logo top left). Since 1994 we are here
as PADI authorized diving school, and therefore the
oldest diving school on Ko Chang. We have trained and
certified thousands of divers at this time. From “Discover
Scuba Diving” introduction course up to the “Assistance-diving
Instructor” we offer all PADI diving courses.
As diving pioneers we have discovered and named some of today’s
popular diving spots. |

Where to dive?
Ko Chang is the Main island of the “Mu Ko Chang
National Marine Park", from which it got it’s
name from, altogether 47 islands. There are many more
islands around Ko Chang, like Thailand’s 4th largest
one, Ko Kood, which are not part of the Marine Park.
Besides great days at lovely beaches on Ko Chang, expect
also uncounted excellent diving sites with beautiful
coral-reefs.
What we offer?
Besides snorkel excursions we offer different diving
tours like "Near islands"- or "Distant
islands"- tours, each with 2 dives or the "Night
dive"- tour with 1 dive. |
Moreover, you can make all PADI diving courses at
SEAHORSE DIVING in small groups for which of course you will
receive the corresponding certificates after a successful
degree. Besides the starter course "Discover Scuba Diving"
we offer the "Open Water Diver", the "Advanced
Open Water Diver", the “Medic First Aid Diver”
and the “Rescue Diver” courses. We will
also guide you trough the “Dive Master”
and “Diving Instructor" classes.
In addition, we can organize further activities for
you like Elephanttrekking, Trekking, Speedboatcharter,
Parasailing, Treetopadventure, mini-bus charter, bus
tickets ...
Diving equipment complies with the highest standards
is regularly maintained and our certified PADI Dive
Instructors are thorough-bred professionals with years
of experience.
With all diving and snorkelling tours/courses we offer
supper buffets, drinks, pickup and bring back services
from/to your hotel/resort, all are included in the price!
Handicapped persons dives:
Handicapped divers or dive-students will be fully supported
by us, from pickup a the airport to arranging a suitable
bungalow, or the seating on the boat and then the return
journey to the airport, we organize everything for you! |

How runs a
day with us?
Your day with the SEAHORSE
DIVING at Kai Bae Beach starts
with the pickup from your bungalow resort or hotel between
8:00 am and 8:30 am, depending on the location of your
hotel or resort. The equipment is then chosen and fitted.
If necessary the participants will be divided into different
groups. At about 9:00 am departure in the villages of
Kai Bae (Baan Kai Bae) or
Chaichet (Baan Chaichet),
depending on chosen diving.

Depending on the dive sites and tours booked expect
to spend 5 to 8 hours on the boat.
A dive is usually approx. 1 hour, however longer dives
are possible.
Fruits and drinks are available on the boat all day
long. The meal is freshly prepared every morning from
fresh ingredients.
After returning to Baan Kai Bae,
we’ll precede to the diving
school where we fill in logbooks
and eventually hand over diving
certificates. You will be brought
back to your hotel or resort.
Occasionally participants join for dinner in a restaurant
or a party fells out of the blue. |
