This 800 m² building plot is located at a slope between the island road and Klong Plu waterfall, the most famous waterfall on Ko Chang (see "Waterfalls on Ko Chang” - for a map with the location just click the Ko Chang Logo top left.). A dirt road leads to the building ground, some of the houses beside this road are built on already sold or rented plots from the owner.   The nearby villages with shopping possibilities, restaurants etc can be reached quickly as the building plot itself is located in absolutely quiet surroundings far from the bustle of the beaches.
