This private
island measures about 400 metres
from north to south and approximately 200 metres from
east to west. It is a hilly island
so you can only walk on the flat northern area where
the main beach
is situated.
A small secluded sandy
beach, accessible by boat, is located
in the middle of the east coast.
The beautiful beach
in the north of the island
is situated directly opposite of Ko
Rayang Noi and the bigger island
Ko Mak. This fantastic white sand
beach
is approximately 40 – 50 metres long and approximately
15 – 20 metres wide. |

|
Due to the beaches
position, the water doesn’t withdraw as much at
low tide. The water in front of Ko
Rayang is crystal clear, ideal
for a relaxing swim and for snorkeling and diving.
Ko Rayang
doesn’t have an own spring, so water has to be
delivered by boat from Ko
Mak. There is no electricity on
the island
but the generator supplies electricity from early evening
onwards. Mobil connection is guaranteed for most of
the Thai mobile networks.

There the wonderful "Rayang Phurin Resort" is located which you can also book here: |
|
|
There are no boats that go to Ko
Rayang, from either Ko
Chang or the mainland. If you are staying at the "Rayang Phurin Resort" you will be picked up with the boat of the resort.
